We are proud to announce a beefed up and heavily reinforced version of Play 42 MKII for loads up to 340 kg. Play 42 UL built to accommodate the majority of paramotor trikes on the market. APCO, as a decade long leader in the powered parachute market is in the perfect position to build the best tandem trike wing. We have accumulated a great amount of knowledge and experience in building wings for heavy machines, supplying Powerwing and Hybrid range for most heavy PPC machines for over 10 years.
Now the Play 42 UL is ready and we are confident it will be a wing of choice for a growing trike sector. It uses the same platform and technical data as Play 42 MKII (based on existing certification), but has a large number of reinforcements, leading to a much stronger and well polished tandem trike wing.
APCO is well-known for the legendary longevity of its wings and Play 42 UL is even more long-lasting and robust. It will be safely used by professionals for a number of seasons, logging thousands of commercial flights, making Play 42 UL the best value per flight tandem trike wing on the market

CONSTRUCTION AND MATERIALS
The glider is made from tear resistant Ripstop Nylon cloth, which is P.U. coated to zero porosity and then siliconized to give the fabric high resistance to the elements. Different cloth is used for the top, bottom and ribs due to their different functions. The lines are made of superaramid covered with a polyester sheath for protection against UV, wear and abrasion. The bottom section of the brake lines is made of polyester because of its better mechanical properties. The karabiners that attach the lines to the risers are made of stainless steel.
